Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel a subscription?

On the iPhone or iPad open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Boncuk → Cancel Subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the current period and does not renew.

How do I reset my child's progress?

In the app: Settings (parental gate appears) → Reset progress. All stars and level history are erased, preferences remain. To wipe everything you can also delete the app — iOS removes all local data.

I bought something by mistake. What do I do?

Refund requests go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, pick the purchase, and request a refund. We don't need to approve it; Apple decides.

My premium doesn't show up on another device.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID. In the app go to Settings → Restore purchases (behind the parent gate). Once Apple confirms the entitlement, premium becomes active.

My child wants to play in English / Turkish.

Boncuk follows the device language: Turkish or English. To change it, go to iOS Settings → General → Language & Region → Preferred Language. The app switches on the next launch.

How does Mixed mode unlock?

Mixed mode opens once you've earned a total of 60 stars across the other four modes. Premium is required. Grinding a favorite mode alone won't do it; spreading practice builds a more solid base.

Really no ads? No data collection?

Right. Boncuk shows zero ads and has no analytics or tracking SDKs. Progress stays on the device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
