These are the rules for using Boncuk. They are short on purpose, because Boncuk is a small app made for kids and we want grown-ups to be able to read this without a lawyer.
Boncuk is meant for children. If you are the grown-up installing the app or making a purchase, these terms are between you and Creative Factory (publisher of Boncuk). If your child uses Boncuk, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
Boncuk is a math practice app. It flashes numbers, asks kids to solve them, and gives stars for correct answers. That is the whole product. We do not offer advice, lessons, or any service beyond the app itself.
Boncuk is free to download. Some content (extra levels, the Mixed boss mode) requires a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are handled by Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's standard terms.
When using Boncuk, please do not try to:
Standard Apple App Store license terms apply. See the EULA for details.
We try hard to make Boncuk fun, fair, and bug-free. But the app is provided as is. We cannot promise it will be free of every bug or perfectly suited to every child. To the extent allowed by law, Creative Factory is not liable for incidental or indirect damages from using Boncuk.
If anything goes wrong, the right first step is to email us at hi@creativefactory.tr. We read every message.
If we update Boncuk in a way that changes these terms, we will bump the "Last updated" date and (for material changes) flag the change inside the app. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute is subject to the courts and execution offices of İstanbul Çağlayan.
