End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: 19 May 2026

These are the license terms that apply to anyone who downloads and uses Boncuk via the App Store. Read alongside Apple's standard end user license agreement.

1. License

Creative Factory grants the end user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Boncuk application for personal, non-commercial use. The license is valid only if the application was obtained legally through the Apple App Store.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Unless Apple specifies otherwise, this application is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The current text is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

3. Use restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application.
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code (except to the extent applicable law expressly permits).
  • Incorporate the application or any derivative works into another product.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the application.

4. Child users

Boncuk is published in Apple's Kids Category and is specifically designed for children ages 7–11. A parent or legal guardian is the party with authority to accept this license on the child's behalf. If your child uses the application, you are deemed to have accepted this license on their behalf.

Inside the app, every purchase, settings change, or progress reset requires parental confirmation via Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode.

5. In-app purchases

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Payment, billing, taxation, and refunds are Apple's responsibility. Subscription auto-renewal can be managed from your Apple ID settings. For details see the Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Factory disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Factory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the application. Our total liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid for the application.

8. Third parties

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this license and may enforce it as a rights holder. Boncuk contains no other third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

9. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul Çağlayan. Apple Standard EULA governing-law provisions remain reserved.
